Safety Standards Division
The Safety Standards Division is staffed with inspectors located geographically around the state.  This division regulates the installation, operation and maintenance of boilers, pressure vessels, hot water heaters and amusement rides.  The division also regulates welding practices.  Safety Standard's mission is to help ensure the safety of both our workforce and the general public.

Statistical Research Analysis Unit
The Statistical Research Analysis Unit is responsible for conducting occupational safety and health surveys in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics. Incident and research information is provided to assist safety officials with their safety programs.
